Why We Worship as We Do


For most of humanity’s history, traditions held people and societies together. And it is equally true that the last several decades have seen almost everything change. So the question might be asked, “Should not the church change too?” We believe that God instructs us in the Scriptures as to what most pleases Him. Therefore, we will not be practicing the latest worship gimmick on you when you visit Church of the Covenant. Instead, you will find a simple and reverent service focusing your attention on the holiness of God, the mercy of Christ, and the grace of the Holy Spirit. We invite you to join us in giving blessing and honor and glory to the only one who deserves so, forever and ever, Amen.
